This Week: "The Anatomy of Peace" Book Discussion

Join us for a discussion of the book, The Anatomy of Peace: Resolving the Heart of Conflict, published by the Arbinger Institute.

We have become politically and socially divided, and at times it feels like anger is the dominant emotion in our country. Yet as Christians we are called not to anger but to peace. In fact, we are promised peace through the grace of Jesus Christ. As a congregation we will read together the book The Anatomy of Peace: Resolving the Heart of Conflict, published by the Arbinger Institute. We will meet to discuss the book in May, on a date to be announced. All are encouraged to pick up a copy of the book and read it in the next few weeks.

All are welcome to read the book the next few weeks. We will meet in June for reflection and discussion. Two alternate dates are offered:

·         Tuesday, June 19, from 12:00 noon – 1:30 pm

·         Thursday, June 21, from 6:00 – 7:30 pm.

Pizza will be served before each session.  A free will offering will help to offset the cost of the meal.
