Giving
When we give of our time, our talent, and our resources, we experience greater joy and contentment in life - and we make a difference! As a part of the Coralville UMC family all are encouraged to serve in our church, in our community, and in ministry beyond our community. A group of youth and adults return each summer from mission trips to places such as Pine Ridge, ND, Red Lake, MN, Birmingham, AL and the Appalachian communities in Kentucky, where they make essential home repairs, help provide programs for children, and serve alongside people living in poverty. Others volunteer for outreach in local settings, including Coralville Community Food Pantry and the annual Winter Clothing Distribution. Many give their talent and time to educate our children and youth, and to provide meaningful worship for all who pass through our doors. We are putting our faith to work in our lives and in the world. And we can all count on this church community to nurture and grow our relationship with God, with each other and with our community. Thank you for your giving and for your participation in the life and ministry of Coralville United Methodist Church!
